If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, then as long as it is within 30 days of the date of purchase and there is no damage, you can send it back and we will refund 100% of your money no questions asked. We stand by our product so much that we know you will love it!
Conditions: If returned, the product must be returned in its original state. If the product is refunded then it must not have a wear and tear or customer induced damage that would void this warranty. If the damage is due to a manufacturer defect then we will cover that under our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty policy!
We stand by our quality! With that said, if your purchase our product we want you to ne nothing less than completely satisfied with the quality of our product. So this is why every Bodylite™ will automatically come with a 2-Year Warranty. So keep this warranty close and purchase with confidents and peace.
Conditions: This lamp is guaranteed for 2 years against defect in materials or manufacture. Exclusions from the warranty: batteries, normal wear and tear, oxidation, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, damage due to accidents, to negligence, and to uses for which this product was not designed.
Make sure to have the battery charged at 50% if you store it for longer periods of time (1-3 months) as this minimize the power drainage of the cells preventing them from being damaged. If you store the battery for longer than 3 months you cycle it, discharge it fully and recharge it to 50% every 3 months. Bodylite™ should be stored in temperatures of 5c° – 20 c°.

Refunds, Returns, Warranty, Guarantee:
If within 30 days you are not entirely satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, you may return it in new condition. Please return it to the address listed below. Enclose your packing slip with your order number, and provide instruction on whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and tax only. All shipping charge are non-refundable. Bodylite™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
