What size Bodylite™ should I buy?

A comfortably snug fit is what we recommend to everyone trying on our product. We offer two sizes of Bodylite™.

S – M 25-35 inch
M – L 32-40 inch
Is Bodylite™ sweat-proof or water resistant?

Yes. Bodylite™ and battery pack have an industrial standard IPX4.

Will my phone fit in a Bodylite™?

What’s so great about Bodylite™ is that the rear pocket has a width of 4.5 inches, giving you the power to hold large phones such as:

Can I listen to music on my phone when it is in the Bodylite™? Is there an opening for the cord?

Yes you can still listen to music when your phone is in your belt. Bodylite™ has a pass through hole securely sewn onto the rear pocket through which you can feed your headphone cord.

Does Bluetooth work with my Bodylite™?

Yes. Bluetooth headphones are compatible with Bodylite™ and have no issues with connectivity while running.

Does Bodylite™ come with any type of warranty or 30-day money back guarantee?

Yes. We firmly stand behind the quality of our product so with that said we offer both of the above.

What is the Bodylite™ 30-day money back guarantee?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, then as long as it is within 30 days of the date of purchase and there is no damage, you can send it back and we will refund 100% of your money no questions asked. We stand by our product so much that we know you will love it!

Conditions: If returned, the product must be returned in its original state. If the product is refunded then it must not have a wear and tear or customer induced damage that would void this warranty. If the damage is due to a manufacturer defect then we will cover that under our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty policy!

What is the Bodylite™ 2-year manufacturer warranty?

We stand by our quality! With that said, if your purchase our product we want you to ne nothing less than completely satisfied with the quality of our product. So this is why every Bodylite™ will automatically come with a 2-Year Warranty. So keep this warranty close and purchase with confidents and peace.

Conditions: This lamp is guaranteed for 2 years against defect in materials or manufacture. Exclusions from the warranty: batteries, normal wear and tear, oxidation, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, damage due to accidents, to negligence, and to uses for which this product was not designed.

How should I store my Bodylite™?

Make sure to have the battery charged at 50% if you store it for longer periods of time (1-3 months) as this minimize the power drainage of the cells preventing them from being damaged. If you store the battery for longer than 3 months you cycle it, discharge it fully and recharge it to 50% every 3 months. Bodylite™ should be stored in temperatures of 5c° – 20 c°.

How many charge cycles can my Li-ion battery handle?

Between 400 to 1200 cycles.

Can I buy spare parts for my Bodylite™?

You can buy Batteries and Pouches from us but we do not sell spare parts for your product. For information on repairs and spare parts, contact sales@bodylitegear.com.

My Bodylite™ is faulty. Who should I contact?

Orders are processed the business day after the order is placed.

Please note: Bodylite™ is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather natural disasters or strikes.

Because we ship our product via independent carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery by these dates.

Where is my tracking information?

You will be sent tracking information via email – make sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive tracking information please email sales@bodylitegear.com with your order number for more information.


Refunds, Returns, Warranty, Guarantee:

What is your return or exchange policy?

If within 30 days you are not entirely satisfied with your Bodylite™ purchase, you may return it in new condition. Please return it to the address listed below. Enclose your packing slip with your order number, and provide instruction on whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and tax only. All shipping charge are non-refundable. Bodylite™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
